The Reception staff are well educated and will endeavour to assist you with your every request. Maybe you need help finding tickets for the Uffizi Art Gallery or organizing a romantic restaurant for an anniversary, special occasion or something similar? Whatever, the request please ask the reception staff all of whom speak very good English. Other services on offer for which supplements apply include airport to hotel transfers by private car, this service can be reserved by clicking on the “extras” part of the online booking system. The Atlantic Palace is also please to offer a car parking service in a nearby garage… simply drive up to the hotel and our valet will be only too happy to park your car in the nearby garage which is only a few metres from the hotel.

Finally we should mention that whilst the Hotel Atlantic Palace in Florence does not have a restaurant we still offer a very good value for money buffet breakfast which is included in the room rate! Teas, Coffees i.e. Cappuccino, Caffè Espresso, Café Latte, Caffè al vetro, Café macchiato – just ask the waitress how you like your coffee and they will duly oblige. Plus hams, salamis, cheeses, fresh bread, croissants, jams, hard boiled eggs and some Tuscan specialties like crostini i.e. toasted bread with assorted toppings and finocchiona Tuscan salami made from fennel and olive oil.

Finally, the Hotel has a Bar and a small Gymnasium which has a variety of Gym equipment including running machines, cycle and rowing machine plus different types weights. We do not have a Jacuzzi.
